We looked for many months to try and find the perfect house and Martha was there for us every step of the way. My wife and I spent a lot of time on websites looking at houses (zillow, redfin, etc) but Martha ended up being the one to find the perfect house for us. After showing us the house we were immediately in love with it and per our request she had a contract drafted and sent out that same night. She is very knowledgable and put clauses in the contract to protect us in case there were any unforeseen issues then we could walk away. Martha helped us schedule a home inspection with a licensed inspector/contractor so we could feel confident that we were buying a soundly built home. She convinced the sellers to come down off the asking price and also convinced them to repair almost all of the small issues that were found with the house during home inspection. We were already very excited about all the money Martha was saving us by having the repairs fixed but she still wanted to do more for us. In addition to the repairs, she convinced the sellers to help pay for some of our closing costs and for them to pay for a home warranty for us that protects us against major problems during the first year we are in the house. We closed on the house on time and a big reason for that was because Martha was very proactive and helped us every step of the way. I will never consider another realtor, Martha is the best there is.
